Magpies, your time is nigh. Everywhere you look these days, someone’s wearing a glittery, glistening gown or dress. Sequins, rhinestones, pailettes — celebs are trailing stardust from Park Ave. to Melrose Place.

The look is very Old Hollywood. But beware — when made shabbily, a frosted frock can end up making you look more disco ball than diva. Still, we love anything that makes us look like we ingested 100 glow sticks.
