Sad, sad. One of our favorite fashion photographers, Corinne Day, passed away on Saturday from a brain tumor at 45. Day was a 90s-era British lens-lady who helped launch a teenage Kate Moss‘ career with a free-spirited black-and-white spread in The Face magazine that made the glossy, super-posed fashion shoots of the 80s instantly look old hat. She had an easy, naturalistic style that was mimicked throughout the decade.
