Seriously, could Betty White get any cooler? Apparently so. In the last year alone she has taken a hilarious turn opposite Sandra Bullock in “The Proposal,” become a Super Bowl darling with her Snickers commercial, hosted SNL at age 88, has a calendar out for 2011, become an icon to a new generation, and now she can add fashion model to her enviable resume.
Teaming up for an exclusive licensing deal with California-based manufacturer Jerry Leigh, White’s smiling face will appear in a line of tees and hoodies for both men and women. The apparel is currently selling online through HoodieBuddie, a music-meets-fashion concept company that uses patent-pending HB3Technology to allow the wearer to connect a compatible mp3 player or phone to a pocket in the hoodie. The audio then travels through embedded cables to headphones, which are actually built into the ends of the drawstrings. Best of all, these hoodies can be machine-washed cold. So amazingly rad.
Our favorite style of the four currently offered is this Warhol-inspired zip up for $48.
A portion of the proceeds will go to the Denver-based Morgan Animal Foundation, of which White serves as a trustee. Cool.

I bought the same hoodiebuddie that is pictured and think it’s really neat. It comes in handy for those times that I take the bus. I just plug it into my iPhone, and I’m set. Plus, I love Betty White!
