If you’ve been following The Spiel closely, you already know that I’m not Lindsay Lohan’s biggest fan (I once held such hope for her upping the street cred of redheads and she sullied us worse than Mel Gibson did his dignity). Which is why it might seem odd for me to be defending her instead of making jokes about her dropping the soap. But even I find this to be so laughably ridiculous that I just had to share.

Us Weekly is reporting that the troubled starlet injected her lips with filler sometime between being sentenced to jail earlier in the month and actually heading there yesterday. But that isn’t even the dumbest part. A Michigan-based dermatologist named Dr. Marcy Street says this:

“Lohan knew the photo of her mugshot would be widely distributed. It is likely she had it done for this reason.”

Apparently a doctor who hasn’t treated Lohan, doesn’t know Lohan and lives, like, thousands of miles away from Lohan knows the inner workings of her mind.
