Last night, we helped The Reformation kick-off their summer shopping weekend at their new W. 3rd Street boutique. And guests showed off style that was unique as the store’s one-of-a-kind, reworked vintage wares.

The first fifty shoppers scored gift bags that were also quite original — each was a hand-sewn pouch made from The Reformation’s stock of vintage fabric.

People at the packed party couldn’t get enough of designers Chi Bui and Yael Yaflalo’s wispy, micro-floral dresses, silk spaghetti strap rompers and androgynous, oversized safari blouses. And merchandise flew off the racks so fast that store staff could barely add stock to the selling floor fast enough.

Which means you better hurry in — with all clothes priced 25 percent off through Sunday for Style Section L.A. readers (15 percent off for everyone else), there’s no telling what will be left if you show up on Monday.
