Okay, she wasn’t exactly mobbed, but German wunder-model Heidi Klum certainly had a difficult time moving around at her promotional party at A Pea in the Pod last night.

The leggy mother of four — clad in a sequined, skin-tight Jenny Packham minidress — was in town to host an event for preggo celebs (and a few common folk) at the Beverly Hills boutique, in celebration of her Summer 2010 collections for both A Pea in the Pod and Motherhood Maternity. And paparazzi and fans alike crowded her every move, trailing the model/host around and taking millions of cell phone pictures mere inches from her flawless face.

Flanked by two huge bodyguards, Klum spent most of the night chatting up reporters on the red carpet, while a host of big-bellied ladies munched on egg rolls and fortune cookies inside. Amongst the notables were James Van Der Beek and his ladyfriend, Kimberly Brooke (who looked only slightly pregnant), and Danica McKeller (“Winnie” from  The Wonder Years), who was boasting a five-month bump.
