One of our favorite handbag designers, Rebecca Minkoff, will be putting in an appearance at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills today (Thursday) from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

New York-based Minkoff, who shot to fashion fame via her Morning After bag a couple years ago, has been championed by some of L.A.’s coolest tastemakers since launching, including Ilaria Urbinati, co-owner of Confederacy and Melissa Richardson Akkaway of WeHo’s Beckley boutique.

Minkoff also happens to be a super-sweet person who keeps her prices well below other designer brands ($500 to $800). So stop on by (first floor, bag department) if you’re in the market.
