Tod‘s threw a party to toast the redesign of its Rodeo Drive flagship boutique in Beverly Hills Thursday night.
And only an hour into the festivities, the place was teeming with high-wattage celebrities — Neil Patrick Harris, Jessica Alba, Kate Beckinsale, Kate Bosworth and Halle Berry among them.
(The step-and-repeat line was so long, Pierce Brosnan and his wife had to hang back with Bosworth for a good five minutes. But then, Berry was working the carpet.)
Inside, guests including Vogue‘s Lauren Santo Domingo (in town for Coachella this weekend) and Kelly Lynch cooed over the new decor — which was meant to evoke the feel of a luxurious residence, complete with numerous sofas, side tables and area rugs.
“I always was putting my two cents in when it came to the design,” said Derek Lam, creative director of ready-to-wear and accessories for the brand. “We’re talking about a lifestyle and that Italian warmth — and I think that needs to be represented in the store.” Done and done.
