Who has their thumbs in more pies these days than Madge? First she announced her collaboration with daughter Lourdes for teen apparel in conjunction with Iconix. Now Madonna has unveiled MDG, her collection with Dolce & Gabbana, via WWD. The frames aren’t quite truly revelatory in their designs the way, say, Tom Ford eyewear can somehow inspire us to pay way too much for shades, and they’ll be easily knocked off. But otherwise, it’s not a bad entree into the sunglass design world. And they’ll retail for $248, not $500. —Paul Dexter
