BOXeight’s Washington Ave. headquarters south of downtown are a world away from ocean breezes and lapping waves. But the indie org is teaming up with Heal the Bay for a charity art exhibition, with a portion of proceeds (it’s yet unclear what percentage) benefitting the westside non-profit environmental group. Sixty artists are featured, and participating galleries include Thinkspace Gallery, Gallery Nucleus, Ronin Gallery and Mr. Musichead Gallery.
Admission for the event is ($10) according to the invite (right).
