Revolve, the L.A.-based online fashion retailer, hosted a Fashion Week launch party tonight at its West Hollywood store.
And the hipsters came out in droves — packing the loft-like space in the first hour (the DJ corridor leading outside was especially treacherous). But despite the crunch, everyone had fun swaying to DJ Cat NYC‘s dance mix, chowing down on bags of Pirate’s Booty and lusting over pretty pieces swinging from the racks. (There’s an after-party still raging on at Bardot in Hollywood, but we were too whooped to rage on.)
“We just wanted to celebrate fashion in L.A. because we sometimes get overlooked,” said Revolve co-founder Michael Mente, who hung out in the store’s outdoor courtyard, flanked by giant vitrines displaying illuminated mannequins.
