Burton‘s shred-alicious snowboarding team convened at the action sports brand’s Hollywood store last night to celebrate the release of the company’s newest snowboarding video, The B.
Team members including Jeremy Jones, Hannah Teter (who took the gold at the 2006 Olympics for half-pipe) and Jussi Oksanen signed autographs for local groupies while the rest of us chowed down on Pink’s hot dogs (vegan, of course) and stood in an interminable bar line before heading up to the store’s roof to watch the short, high-octane video.
“Parties aren’t really my thing, but this is okay,” said Jones, a senior team member (he’s a ripe old 33) who gamely smiled for flashing cameras and cell phones. My thoughts exactly.
