Apliiq, the downtown dud maker known for customizing comfy, cotton pieces by hand, has gone Hollywood.
The brand just launched a limited-edition hoodie inspired by Spike Jonze’s much anticipated upcoming film, Where the Wild Things Are.
The gray fleece hoodie is a more than just a basic sweatshirt. Striped detailing, a snap button front and a gold satin crown that channels one worn by movie main character Max lends the piece a conversationally quirky sensibility.
Perfectly fitting that the company’s name rhymes with “unique.”
Only 50 of the $149 pieces are being sold through Apliiq’s website so hurry, because it’s a jungle out there.
